We strive to maintain accurate inventory of our glass ornaments. However, due to the handcrafted nature and delicate characteristics of our products, some decorations might not be immediately available in your desired color or design. We'll contact you via email or phone if this occurs. Please ensure your contact information is correct to avoid any delays in processing your order.
Pre-orders are typically offered between February and June at special discounted prices. Pre-ordered items will begin shipping in September. Payment is collected at the time of pre-order placement. We'll ship your order according to the announced schedule and send you a shipping confirmation. You can request a full refund and cancellation at any time before your order ships.
While our glass ornaments may resemble toys, they are not intended for children. These are delicate decorative items that should only be handled by adults with care.
Please carefully inspect your package upon delivery. Due to the delicate nature of our glass ornaments, we ask that you report any of the following issues within 7 days of delivery:
- Missing items
- Items damaged during shipping
- Defective items
- Incorrect sizes or colors
We cannot consider claims made more than 7 days after delivery.
All glass decorations sold by Edmo are NEW unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. We offer a 15-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence. The warranty is limited to the value of the merchandise sold and does not cover consequential damages.
Edmo and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or other damages to the product, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of use, or any damages or sums paid by the buyer to third parties. By purchasing from Edmo, you accept these terms, including all conditions and return policies.

Coupon codes are non-transferable, no rain checks, and cannot be applied retroactively.
Edmo is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Potentially fraudulent orders: Orders that fail to pass our fraud screening will be cancelled
- Incorrect pricing: Orders containing pricing errors will be cancelled and refunded
